Three other complaints to the CJEU

On Monday, the Minister of Climate and Environment announced that Poland had filed another three complaints with the Court of Justice of the European Union. It is about banning the registration of combustion vehicles after 2035, increasing the EU greenhouse gas emission reduction target and reducing the number of free ETS available on the market.
