CNN credit Biden for falling oil costs after claiming he ‘cannot do a lot to ease’ ache on the pump

CNN is giving its readers whiplash for crediting President Biden for falling oil costs after as soon as suggesting there was little or no he may do to minimize the ache on the pump.
