“Two weeks have passed and I have the impression that we are at the same point,” wrote Katarzyna Pełczyńska -Nałęcz, the minister of funds and regional policy. In sharp words she commented on the state in which the ruling coalition after the presidential election was found.
“The lesson given by voters did not arrive with the force she should have arrived with,” the minister wrote. In her opinion, “Reconstruction, or mutual torsonal to work”, will not help the coalition in the crisis, in which she found herself after presidential elections. According to some, the election result was a “red card” for Donald Tusk's office.
“Three key challenges”
Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz She pointed to “three key challenges that are facing Poland today”.
One of them, according to the minister, is the demographic crisis. “We are 5-7 years to prevent the scenario of the developmental desert, in which everything that will only be in metropolises will remain in the metropolises. And joining the development will mean for young people to go to a large city,” she wrote.
“We are at the gray end of European innovation,” said Pełczyńska -Nałęcz. She also wrote about the high energy priceswhich in her opinion are both the result of the war in Ukraine and the outdated energy infrastructure.
She also pointed to the challenge of increasing the reinforcement funds in connection with the war in Ukraine. “Hardly anyone honestly admit that this money needs to be taken from somewhere. Because zlotys in the budget do not grow on trees, but they come from taxes,” she noted.
“What to do?”
Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz wrote what she thinks should be done against the challenges facing Poland.
“Bet on new technologies in Polish companies – this is a necessary condition for a shorter and better paid job” – wrote the minister. She also indicated that “a four -day work week is the future.” She also added that the state -owned company should be represented. “Anti -cuverization is not only a response to the right indignation of people who are annoyed by fatty cats. These are also real profits for our economy,” she wrote.

The minister also reported that medium and smaller cities should be supported. “These cities will provide local residents with access to development and services,” she pointed out, adding that it is necessary to invest in public transport, which in her opinion “cannot be based on the fact that white collars will fly even faster between Warsaw and Poznań.”
“The goal is to avoid flats for young people, and not to make them gold veins for the richest” – wrote the minister, indicating “burying once and for all loans for loans and focus on social construction.”
Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz also wrote about a tax increase for bank and digital giants, and in her opinion, “taxes should not be increased”. “You should stop telling uncommon stories (this is also an appeal to President Elekt) that you can suddenly remove 56 billion from the budget in a huge tax -free amount and nobody will even feel it” – she wrote, adding that education, treatment of seniors and investments in reinforcement will suffer from this.
“You need a diagnosis, plan and of course its implementation. This is a prerequisite for the success of our government,” she concluded. She added that “success is necessary so that we would not wake up in brown Poland in 2 years.”
