The Colombian police detained a 40-year-old at the airport, whose hairstyle caused suspicions during a safety check. As it turned out, the man was smuggling cocaine under his hair. He planned a flight from Colombia to the Netherlands.

Citizen Colombia Departing from Pereira in the central part of the country, he was detained at the airport in Cartagen after an officer from the anti-system unit of the Colombian police discovered thanks to the scanner that a 40-year-old man had in addition to his own hair a well-fitted “fatte 220 grams (7.76 ounces) cocaine ” – the police said at the beginning of this week.

According to the services, the 40-year-old tried to board the aircraft to Amsterdam, and the value of cocaine he wanted to smuggle is estimated at about 10,000. euro (approx. PLN 41,000). The Colombian police shared a recording from the airport, which shows the results of scanning of the 40-year-old body and the moment when the officer takes off the right passenger a basement cap, then with scissors cuts off with cocaine. The police have not informed what penalty threatened to the detainee.
