British authorities on Wednesday announced 29,312 newly detected infections and 119 registered deaths due to COVID-19. The balance of infections is over 7,600 higher than on Tuesday and almost 1,600 higher than last Wednesday. The series of five consecutive days with falling statistics was also interrupted.

Decrease in the number of deaths and sick people in hospitals
The number of deaths in the last day is 19 lower than that reported on Tuesday.
