Employers with information about the vaccination of the employee – a comment by the Minister of Health
– I confirm that work is underway, in which the Ministry of Health is also involved, on a project in this area. It is not only about the safety of employees, but also of people who use the services of a given entity. The change we’re talking about actually gives the employer an opportunity to verify that the employee is vaccinated. Thanks to this, he will be able to make rational decisions in relation to the crew – Niedzielski said in an interview with PAP.
As he explained, “this is not about dismissal, but about the fact that, for example, vaccinated employees are directed to contact clients, and the unvaccinated ones are delegated to other tasks”. – In addition, the proposed regulations are to allow entrepreneurs to verify whether people using their services are vaccinated against COVID-19 – said the Minister of Health.
He added that “we live in an epidemic and we need solutions that guarantee the reduction of virus transmission”. – We must also provide employers with tools that will allow them to maintain the continuity of the company’s operations. The unvaccinated worker is a risk and it’s hard to deny it. Nobody introduces the law to release the unvaccinated – emphasized Niedzielski.
