The Ministry of Health announced on Monday 107 new confirmed cases of coronavirus infection. The ministry said that no one with COVID-19 died in the last 24 hours. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 2,886,805 infections have been confirmed in Poland, 75,316 people have died due to COVID-19.
Most of the 107 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in Silesian Voivodeshipwhere noted 16 infection.
The remaining infections come from the following voivodships: Pomorskie (14), Podkarpackie (13), Mazowieckie (11), Małopolskie (10), Zachodniopomorskie (seven), Łódzkie (five), Świętokrzyskie (five), Opolskie (four), Podlaskie (four) , Greater Poland (four), Lower Silesia (three), Lublin (three), Kuyavian-Pomeranian (two) and Warmian-Masurian (one). No new case of the disease was reported in the Lubuskie voivodship.
The five infections are data without specifying an address, which are to be completed by the sanitary inspection.
Last Monday, the Ministry of Health informed about 128 confirmed infections. In today’s report it was noted about 21 fewer infections.
According to the Ministry of Health, no one died last day due to COVID-19.

An epidemic data report released on Monday found that:
– 5995 beds are intended for patients with COVID-19 (unchanged from the previous day), – of this 356 beds are occupied by COVID-19 patients (+16), – 578 ventilators are intended for patients with COVID-19 (unchanged), – of this 38 respirators are currently in use (+2), – 57 384 persons are in quarantine (-1156), – 2 656 317 people recovered (+174).
Coronavirus in Poland. How many vaccinations have been taken?
By Monday it was given 35 824 579 doses of different COVID-19 vaccines. The first dose was taken 19 046 468 vaccinations. It is fully vaccinated 18 459 139 people – vaccinated with a single-dose preparation of Johnson & Johnson or a second dose of AstraZeneca, Moderna or Pfizer / BioNTech vaccines.
