The Poznań City Hall is implementing a new solution to help fight the coronavirus. – We receive telephone reports from residents about negligence in public facilities, which are influenced by the local government. They concern, for example, not maintaining social distance, not using disinfectants and the lack of masks. We want to adequately respond to these situations and, in accordance with the sanitary recommendations in force, take actions that will improve epidemic safety – indicated Magdalena Pietrusik-Adamska, director of the Department of Health and Social Affairs.
Reservations and doubts can be sent by e-mail
The city authorities argue that any information that actions need to be taken or strengthened to prevent COVID-19 are very important. Therefore, now all reservations and doubts can be described and sent to a special address firstname.lastname@example.org. This solution is to improve the functioning of the local government.
“Correspondence sent to the address email@example.com will be information allowing the monitoring of the epidemic situation and – if possible – taking action. The notification will be considered as signal information, not requiring a reply” – inform the city authorities in the release.
