Booster referrals for adolescents 12-15 years old have started. On Monday, the Ministry of Health issued 245,000 e-referrals for a booster dose for older adolescents aged 16-18.

Vaccinations of adolescents aged 16 and 17, and a few weeks later among children aged 12-15, began in our country in the second half of May last year. This means that some adolescents have covid passports that have been valid for as long as 6-7 months.

Today, as announced health department, the issue of booster referrals for people aged 12 to 15 begins.

Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech) is used in the booster for groups 12-15 and 16-18 – with an interval of at least five months after the completion of the full (two-dose) COVID-19 vaccination schedule.
