A rigger engaged on Marvel’s upcoming Surprise Man sequence died Feb. 6 after falling from the rafters whereas on set, Marvel confirmed.

The crew member was later recognized as Juan Carlos Osorio, 41, of Temple Metropolis, Calif., the Los Angeles Police Division confirmed to E! Information.
