Policemen from Częstochowa were directed to one of the apartments, where drunk caregivers took care of the child. The boy stayed outside on a frosty Monday only dressed in a T -shirt and gaiters. He was hospitalized and drunk guardians to police custody. The case will now be dealt with by a family court.

On Monday, around 18.40, residents of one of the multi -family houses in Częstochowa called the police to the carers of a small child.

On a frosty evening they saw a little boy in the yard, dressed only in a short -sleeved shirt and gaiters. While waiting for the police arrival, the neighbors took the child to each other.

It turned out that the apartment had a 23-year-old boy of the boy and her 32-year-old cohabitant. According to police reports, they both slept into intoxicated alcohol. The woman had over two alcohol per body, and her partner over three.

An ambulance was called to a five -year -old boy. Studies have shown that it has an increased temperature. He was taken to the hospital. As Barbara Poznańska, a spokeswoman for the police in Częstochowa told us, the child is under the care of doctors, and his family court will decide his fate.

– Materials in this case went to court on February 19. They were transferred to the court in Lubliniec, because the family is registered in that poviat. The court issued an ordinance of placing the boy in foster care- Dominik Bogacz, spokesman for the District Court in Częstochowa, told us.

Children up to 10 years old according to the Act on family and supporting foster care should be placed in foster families. The five -year -old, however,, as the rich man says, was placed in an orphanage

– We would like to make such a small child hit immediately went to a foster family, but our 70 families had no place. We wrote in this matter to all organizers of care throughout Poland and we received refusal answers. We treat this solution as temporary. We are still looking for a foster family for a boy who can report to us directly – says Ilona Kozioł, director of the Poviat Family Support Center in Lubliniec, which is organized foster care in this city.

The boy's mother and her partner were detained and went to police custody. They heard allegations of exposing the child to the immediate danger of losing his life or severe damage to health. They are punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. By decision of the prosecutor, they were covered by police supervision.
