The 30-year-old turned into the street despite the ban. That’s how he got the patrol’s attention. Neither police signals nor a collision with the fence stopped him. When the car refused to obey, he ran away on foot until he got stuck on a private property. It turned out that he was under the influence of amphetamines, did not have a driver’s license and was wanted.

A road patrol in Częstochowa, driving along Wojska Polskiego Avenue, noticed an Opel which, despite the ban, turned into Legionów Street. The policemen turned on the privileged signals and followed the driver to take the consequences for the offense. The Opel driver, however, did not stop for inspection.

– He drove for a few minutes along narrow streets in Zawodzie (Częstochowa district – ed.]Trying to escape the policemen, breaking traffic regulations on the way. On Einstein Street, the car hit the fence of a private property, but this did not prevent him from continuing his escape. that arose during the collision, caused the driver to stop several dozen meters away and start to run away on foot, police report.

Amphetamines and no driving license

The man jumped over the fence and found himself on a private property from which he had no way out. During the arrest, the policemen noticed that he was strongly aroused, so they tested him for the content of intoxicants in his body.

The preliminary results of the research confirmed the assumptions of law enforcement officers – the 30-year-old was under the influence of amphetamines. In addition, it turned out that he did not have the right to drive and is wanted. A resident of Częstochowa has already heard accusations for driving under the influence of a narcotic drug and not stopping for police control. He faces up to 5 years in prison.
