He was arrested, left, and disappeared. They are looking for Jordan Machuderski
The incident took place on June 24 last year on Orląt Lwowskich Square in Częstochowa. Down A 49-year-old sitting on a bench was approached by two men. One of them had a hammer in his hand and hit the victim on the head with it. The seriously injured man died after being transported to the hospital. The police soon arrested two people. The 35-year-old who allegedly delivered the fatal blows has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. Jordan Machuderski – who was supposed to accompany the 35-year-old – was accused by the prosecutor’s office of participating in a fatal beating.
Tomasz Ozimek, a spokesman for the Częstochowa prosecutor’s office, told PAP that after the charges were presented, the court did not agree to arrest Machuderski, but the second instance court accepted the prosecutor’s complaint and decided to apply the strictest preventive measure against him.
After being detained by the police, the man was taken into custody, but later the court refused the request for an extension of his detention and the suspect was released. The prosecutor’s office also appealed against this decision and the court of second instance again shared the investigators’ arguments – it decided that detention should be applied. However, Machuderski disappeared.
