Conditions in the mountains
The rescuer emphasized that although the conditions for mountain hiking in the Karkonosze Mountains are very good, one still needs to prepare appropriately for the trip.
– You have to take into account that the last few days have been hot. You have to take enough water, a hat and adjust the trip to your fitness level – advises Tkocz, reminding that in the mountains it is easy to overexert yourself and become dehydrated.
