RON KIM: His greatest felony act, in my view, is committing public fraud. He suppressed—he ordered his folks to suppress life and demise information on the peak of the pandemic. Info that would have been used to legislate, to avoid wasting folks’s lives—he took that away from us as a result of he was chasing down a $5.1 million greenback e-book deal. That’s felony.
