This decision violates the provisions of the coalition agreement – said in “Yes,” on TVN24 Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development, Labor and Technology Jarosław Gowin. When asked if the Agreement would remain in the government coalition, he replied that “we will discuss it on Saturday”.
Government spokesman Piotr Mueller announced Wednesday afternoon that the prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki decided to dismiss Anna Kornecka (Memorandum of Understanding) as Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Development, Labor and Technology. “The reason is the definitely unsatisfactory pace of work on the key projects of the Polish Deal in the field of facilitating the construction of 70m2 houses and the purchase of apartments without own contribution” – wrote the spokesman.
Kornecka on Tuesday criticized the tax solutions proposed in the Polish Lada. As she said on TVN24, the Agreement clearly sets the boundaries and opposes such a sharp increase in taxes.

Kornecka’s dismissal was commented on in “Tak jest” on TVN24 by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development, Labor and Technology and the leader of the Covenant Jarosław Gowin.
As he said, Kornecka was an outstanding minister. – It will continue its service for the state. I will announce my decisions soon – he added.
The deputy prime minister announced that the decision to dismiss Kornecka “was not consulted with him”. – This decision violates the provisions of the coalition agreement – he said. He added that “it will not remain without the Agreement’s reaction”.
– I called a meeting of the party’s board for Saturday. We will decide what to do next – said Gowin. When asked if the Agreement would remain in the government coalition, he replied that “we will discuss it on Saturday”.
– The decision will be collegial. I will of course recommend some actions. The first to know about this proposal will be my colleagues from the Agreement – he said.
