In extreme cases, Antoni Macierewicz added entire fragments to the expert opinions himself, for example the expert opinions of psychologists – said the deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense, Cezary Tomczyk, in “Kropka nad i”, referring to the results of the report on the functioning of the Smolensk subcommittee by Antoni Macierowicz.

On Thursday, the Ministry of National Defense presented a report on the work of the team for assessing the functioning of Antoni Macierewicz's Smolensk subcommittee. It was revealed that the Smolensk subcommittee cost the State Treasury over PLN 81 million. In connection with its activities, the prosecutor's office will receive 41 notifications about the possibility of committing a crime, including: by its head, Antoni Macierewicz, and the former head of the Ministry of National Defence Mariusz BÅ‚aszczak – announced the management of the Ministry of National Defense.

Tomczyk: Macierewicz added something to the expert reports himself

Deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense Cezary Tomczyk in “Kropka nad i” he said that “in extreme cases, Antoni Macierewicz added entire fragments to the expert reports himself, for example the expert opinions of psychologists.” – Antoni Macierewicz is not a psychologist and is not an expert. (…) These were notes that concerned the substantive content and the author's way of thinking. We bring in experts so that experts can prepare expert opinions, not so that we do not recognize them when they contradict our hypothesis, said Tomczyk.

The deputy minister also said that the activities of the subcommittee amounted to PLN 82 million. – Antoni Macierewicz was an MP at that time, so he did not receive any salary. As for the members of the subcommittee, we have a few almost millionaires there. The record holder earned about PLN 900,000, he said.
