  • No more requirement by offices of publicly available data from citizens and entrepreneurs: a ban on demanding by offices and banking institutions of documents and information available in public registers, such as the National Court Register, financial statements repository or data from land and mortgage registers or PESEL database and other database;
  • Vacatio Legis – no end with sudden tax changes to both citizens and companies: introduction of a mandatory 12-month transitional period for changes in tax regulations;
  • Presumption of the taxpayer's innocence in tax settlements: the provision of the Tax Code on resolving doubts in favor of the taxpayer is practically not used;
  • Limiting the theft of identity in order to extort loans and loans – better protection of citizens and financial institutions: introducing a system enabling banks and financial institutions to verify the image of the face of clients with data in the register of ID cards (RDO);
  • Simplified enforcement of receivables – faster debt recovery by small companies: introducing a simplified mechanism of enforcement based on invoices issued in the national e-invoice system (KSEF) and charged in JPK by the debtor;
  • Electronic fiscal receipts so -called E -Paragons – their gradual introduction to circulation: enabling the exposure of electronic fiscal receipts instead of paper, which will simplify purchases and limit the amount of generated garbage. Currently, most receipts are printed and often get lost or faded after a few months;
  • Automatic data update from the PESEL register – less formalities for all banks clients: introducing a system that enables banks and financial institutions to automatically download and update customer data from the PESEL register;
  • Not paying taxpayers and accountants For pointless errors and mistakes: a large number of changes and ambiguities in settlements are caused by frequent changes in law.

The head of InPost wants to “check the will of politicians”: – If someone in Europe thinks that only the order-distribution economy manages to make changes, then he did not do the lesson from communism.
