It was not possible to save a 53-year-old man who fell out of the bucket of a tractor excavator in Derło (Lubelskie Voivodeship) and was run over by a tractor. The police, under the supervision of the prosecutor, are clarifying the details of the incident. The 25-year-old tractor driver was drunk.
The incident took place on Monday (April 24) around 3.30 p.m. at the intersection of provincial road No. 698 with a municipal road near Derło in the Biała district.
– Preliminary findings show that a 25-year-old tractor driver ran over a man he was transporting on a bucket attached to the tractor – informs Commissioner Barbara SalczyÅ„ska-Pyrchla from the Municipal Police Headquarters in BiaÅ‚a Podlaska.
