The Marshal of the Sejm, Elżbieta Witek, excluded from the Tuesday’s session of the chamber of two members of the Confederation, Grzegorz Braun and Jakub Kulesza. They refused to put on the masks, despite repeated appeals. Members have left the room.
At the beginning of the Tuesday session of the Sejm, Marshal Witek asked several members of the Confederation to put on masks. First, she turned to Krzysztof Bosak, Grzegorz Braun and Jakub Kulesza.
– You are in the room, my ordinance is binding, please respect it – she said.
Then she pointed out to them that they were disrupting the deliberations of the Seym. Then the Marshal of the Sejm received information that Krzysztof Bosak was wearing a mask, so she addressed her words only to Braun and Kulesza. I call you gentlemen to order. You are making it impossible for you to hold a meeting – she said.
After a while, she decided to exclude Braun and Kulesza from the deliberations. Members left the room.
This is not the first time that members of the Confederation have been excluded from the session for this reason. A similar situation occurred, among others in mid-November.
