There was a failure of the electronic voting system in the Sejm. As a result, there was no vote scheduled for 2.30 pm.
At 2.30 p.m., the act on electromobility was to be voted in the Sejm. However, the vote did not take place because – as Deputy Marshal Małgorzata Gosiewska informed – there was a failure of the voting system.
After the session of the Presidium of the Sejm, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm, Włodzimierz Czarzasty, announced that no more votes would take place on Wednesday, even if the system was repaired.
On Wednesday, during the first reading of the draft amendment to the act on electromobility and alternative fuels, a motion was submitted to reject it in its entirety. Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment Ireneusz Zyska said that the project was to support the development of electromobility and alternative fuels infrastructure, and thus encourage consumers to buy vehicles powered by these fuels.
