On Wednesday, the Sejm will probably receive a bill that will replace the Lex Hoc draft – announced Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Ryszard Terlecki. – It will be a bit different, but it will concern the same problems – added the head of the parliamentary club of Law and Justice.

Ryszard Terlecki, after the evening session of the Presidium of the Sejm, admitted in an interview with journalists that instead of the lex Hoc project on Wednesday, a project that will replace it will “probably” come in. – It will be a little different, but it will concern the same problems – said Terlecki. When asked by journalists why the new project was supposed to concern the same problems, Terlecki replied: “Because he is different from the one that has been in the Sejm so far.” However, he did not answer the question of what changes it will contain.

The Deputy Speaker of the Sejm, Włodzimierz Czarzasty (Left), was asked by journalists to comment on Terlecki’s announcement. When asked why PiS wanted to replace the Hoc bill with a new bill, Czarzasty expressed the assumption that “probably in the case of the Hoca bill, PiS did not gather the majority” and therefore did not want to “cut his own bill in the Sejm”.

– There is no lex Hoc agenda. It fell. We found out that maybe there will be some mysterious law, but what kind, the marshal (Elżbieta Witek – ed.) Does not know, only PiS MPs are signaling – said Borys Budka, the head of the Civic Coalition club.
