The direct cause of death of the sixth victim of the plane crash in Chrcynno was brain death as a result of craniocerebral trauma, Elżbieta Edyta Łukasiewicz, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrołęka, informed on Friday.
The man, who was a parachute instructor, died in Bródnowski Hospital on Wednesday evening, two days after the crash. – An expert pathologist reported that the direct cause of the man’s death was brain death as a result of a craniocerebral trauma – said Elżbieta Edyta Łukasiewicz, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrołęka.
Earlier, the spokeswoman reported that it was carried out on Wednesday autopsy of the four victims of the disaster. According to this information, the direct cause of death of one of the men was extensive chest trauma combined with hemorrhage. The cause of death of the other three victims, including a woman, were extensive head injuries combined with multiple, deep brain injuries.
It was carried out on Tuesday fifth victim’s autopsy – the pilot showed that the cause of his death was a head injury and lung contusion.
The plane crashed into the hangar
The accident took place on Monday evening at the SkyDive Warszawa aeroclub in Chrcynno near Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. While landing in bad weather conditions, the Cessna 208 crashed into a hangar where several people were sheltering from the storm. Six people died, five of them on the spot. All of them were related to aviation and the Warsaw Aeroclub community.
