Three horses were walking on national road number 16 in Kisielice (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). The animals escaped from the farm. With the participation of policemen and a friend, the owner of the horses managed to convert them. It ended with a lesson.

This incident occurred on Thursday (November 7) on national road number 16 in Kisielice in the Iława district. The police received a report about 3 horses moving on the road.

– The animals posed a threat not only to themselves, but also to other road users. During the operation, it turned out that the owner of the horses was a 66-year-old man. The man immediately arrived at the scene – said staff aspirant Joanna Kwiatkowska from the District Police Headquarters in Iława.

Instructions for horse owners

The owner of the horses explained to the uniformed officers that it was most likely the fault of the deer that crossed his field and interrupted the shepherd. He added that he had checked the fence two hours earlier and everything was fine.

– The animal owner and his friend moved the horses to the farm. The 66-year-old was cautioned for failing to take precautions when keeping horses, the policewoman said.
