On Kontakt 24 we received a recording showing a dangerous situation. The film shows that a small child was riding a scooter at high speed, and behind him sat an adult who held his hands up while riding.
The film was sent to us by Mr. Marek. As he said, it shows an incident that took place on Thursday, August 15 on the road connector in Długołęka with the S8 expressway. The film was recorded by Mr. Marek's daughter, Amelia.
– I noticed a motorbike with two people sitting on it: a child and an adult man. I won't even mention the fact that such a vehicle is not a suitable means of transport for children. What caught my attention was that the vehicle was being driven by a child. The man was carelessly holding his hands up – said Mr. Marek.
High speed, low imagination
Mr. Marek pointed out that the motorcycle was moving at a very high speed.
– The vehicle was driving very fast on both the connecting road and the motorway bypass. From what I saw, the child was driving the entire way – the man told Kontakt24.
He added that on August 15 – due to the holiday – it was a bit smaller than usual. – However, cars passed us from time to time. It was very dangerous and irresponsible – emphasized Mr. Marek.
