The judges obliged the administration to issue new customs ordinances within 10 days. In this way, the court agreed with a group of entrepreneurs and state officials who filed two separate lawsuits in this case.

These duties does not apply to the ruling
The judgment annulled all customs ordinances issued by Trump since January, which were introduced under the Act on international extraordinary economic rights (IEEPA). The court did not consider sectoral duties imposed by Trump, among others on the import of cars, steel and aluminum, as they were introduced on the basis of another Act.
