Hołownia: We were supposed to defeat PiS once and for all. End of the argument – move forward

Szymon Hołownia replied to Tusk. “We were supposed to defeat PiS once and for all, not for 100 days. Poles want results from the government: hospital reform, better schools and simple taxes. This is the goal included in the 12 guarantees of the Third Way and Poland 2050. Mr. Prime Minister, enough quarrels – move forward” – he wrote.

Tusk on Third Way leaders: I will do everything to ensure that they do not interfere with the abortion issue

Recently in the ruling coalition a conflict broke out over abortion projects. KO and the Left want liberalization, and the Third Way wants a referendum. Despite previous announcements, Marshal of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia did not include these projects on the agenda of the Sejm session before the local elections. They are to be considered on April 11, after the vote.

Donald Tusk referred to this issue in an interview for TVN24. – We have submitted to the Sejm and will fight for a project for legal, safe abortion up to the 12th week of pregnancy. Will we gain a majority in parliament – I don't know. The Civic Coalition will certainly vote for this project, Tusk declared. The Left is also in favor of liberalization.

– I'm impatient too, I don't want to wait either. Whether Messrs. Hołownia and Kosiniak-Kamysz will change their minds – I don't know. I will do everything to ensure that they do not interfere with this process, Tusk declared.
