The Prime Minister announced a simplified and quick procedure for deporting criminals from Poland. The procedure is to concern foreigners who, as Donald Tusk points out, grossly violated the law. The regulations are to prepare the Ministry of the Interior and Justice. – Expect in the coming days of decisive actions that will limit crime – said the head of government. Specialists warn: Let you settle criminals, but don't bind it only with their nationality.
The announcement is clear. The head of government declared that foreigners who break the law in Poland must take into account the consequences. – Everyone who guests in Poland uses our hospitality, and in a brutal way violates the law, will be deported from Poland – Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced.
This announcement did not come from nowhere. The prime minister admitted that we have recently heard too often about whole groups of foreigners whose stay in Poland is criminal activities.
– We have too many examples recently, which show that tolerance for this type of behavior brings very bad results. Expect in the coming days of decisive actions that will limit crime, also when it comes to the environments of migrants and foreigners staying in Poland – said Donald Tusk.
The head of the Ministry of the Interior Tomasz Siemoniak announced that together with the Minister of Justice he is preparing a plan of further decisive response to foreigners' crime, especially organized crime and in aggressive forms.
– It is necessary, and hence the initiative of the Prime Minister, to specify these provisions in such a way that this procedure is fast and efficient – said Krzysztof Kwiatkowski, senator of the Civic Coalition.
The subject of migration is becoming more and more important in the presidential campaign
A lawyer from the Helsinki Foundation explains: The necessary provisions are already, nothing needs to be changed.
– The provisions allow a deportation decision to a foreigner who is a threat to public order or state security. Of course, this threat must be real and found in appropriate proceedings. (…) This law is applied, sometimes it is even abused by services – commented Marcin Sośniak, a member of the Migration Team of the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
According to the Ministry of the Interior, last year the police detained 1895 Citizens of Georgia. By court decision 136 was arrested. 2589 Georgian citizens were expelled from Poland in the entire last year.
Tusk: Poland will not implement any migration pactTvn24
– Zero tolerance for all those who are in Poland and conflict with Polish law. They will be deported, they will be expelled – said Warsaw President Rafał Trzaskowski.
– You have to respect us and not let us in illegal immigrants who will make us a second Brussels, the second Paris or the second Berlin, because our children, women and men must be safe – said at the rally the president of the Institute of National Remembrance Karol Nawrocki.
In the presidential election campaign, the topic of migration is growing more and more importantly. The expert talks about “lighting red lights”. – It is not necessary to speak in the media that Georgians are a problem of crime, because Polish society is still afraid of foreigners, so you have to do it very carefully – commented Marcin Sośniak.
Adrian Zandberg is against using the topic of migration in the campaign. – Donald Tusk clearly decided to convince Polish women and Poles that he was a confederation politician – said the co -chairman of the Together party Adrian Zandberg.
The confederation has been talking about this matter for some time.
– We try to sensitize all Warsaw residents to this huge problem of immigrant gangs. In Prague -Północ, the inhabitants are slowly beginning to feel like the inhabitants of Malmo, Paris, Płasów towns or London immigrant districts – said Krzysztof Mulawa, MP of the Confederation.
Consent on the Civic Coalition-Rrawo and Justice line
– We know about this problem, we talk for many, many months and we react clearly – pointed out Rafał Trzaskowski. The President of Warsaw assured that he cooperates with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the situation is under control. – Warsaw is safe, Poland is safe, but it is true that we observe such trends that could lead to the fact that we would have a revival of criminal groups – he added.
There is full agreement on the government-the greatest opposition party in the matter of deportation. – For us, the issue of security is beyond any political dispute – assures Dariusz Joński, MEP of the Civic Coalition.
Trzaskowski: Zero tolerance for all those who are in Poland, are conflicted with Polish lawTvn24
– I agree with this, there is probably no dispute here that undoubtedly migrants who are in Poland and commit crimes, are unwelcome and should be deported – pointed out Marcin Horała, MP of Law and Justice.

The Civic Coalition reminds that it was during PiS's rule that the situation clearly deteriorated.
– We helped Ukrainians and very well, because the Ukrainians are fighting for our freedom, but we had quite a lot of influx of immigrants and refugees to Poland, and unfortunately, PiS policy joined, which caused us to have an uncontrolled influx immigrants to Poland – pointed out Rafał Trzaskowski.
Specialists warn: Let you settle criminals, but don't bind it only with their nationality.
– I would not like to attribute the problem of crime to some specific nationality or ethnic origin or at all for an immigrant thread. (…) No migration law is a problem. You should look at the effectiveness of prosecution and punishment of this kind of crime – summed up Marcin Sośniak.
