“In Paris there is enthusiasm, in Moscow there is disappointment, in Kiev there is relief. That is enough to be happy in Warsaw,” wrote Prime Minister Donald Tusk after the first poll results of the second round of parliamentary elections in France.

On Sunday at 8pm voting in the second round of parliamentary elections has ended in France. Polls exit poll – depending on the agency that conducted the survey – show different data on the number of seats won. All results indicate, however, that the left-wing coalition of the New Popular Front in France won the most, and not, as expected, the far-right National Rally.

Together for the Republic, the coalition of the centrist Renaissance party of incumbent President Emmanuel Macron, may win between 150 and 180 seats.
