According to the evening announcement of the press office of the Wrocław city hall, due to the flooding of the roadway and tracks on Dokerska Street, tram lines 12 and 19 and buses 102, 104, 127 and 136 were redirected to other routes. In turn, tram lines 14, 15 and 16, due to the lack of passage on Reymonta and Osobowicka Streets, run only to the Nadodrze Station.

Roads are also flooded on ul. Borowska and Wielka Wyspa, among others. Drivers should avoid routes running under viaducts, if possible, because that is where the most water accumulates and the manholes cannot handle it.

As reported by tvnmeteo.pl weather forecaster Arleta Unton-Pyziołek, the total rainfall in Wrocław in 12 hours was 68 liters of water per square meter. Warnings of heavy rain with thunderstorms are to be in force in the city until 4 a.m.
