From January 1, 2025, it will be possible to receive and send official letters via e-Delivery, i.e. the electronic equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Thanks to this service, citizens, companies and public entities will be able to exchange correspondence through a convenient and secure electronic delivery system. This is another important step in the digitization of state administration.

e-Delivery is the electronic equivalent of traditional letter items with acknowledgment of receipt. The system for transmitting them will be launched on January 1, 2025. This is when most offices, companies and professions of public trust will have to enable citizens to conduct such correspondence with them, i.e. both receiving and sending electronic deliveries. All people who would like to use this option should set up an e-Delivery box today. This can be done in a few simple steps.

No need to visit the post office

e-Delivery enables safe and fast communication between citizens and entrepreneurs and public institutions via an electronic delivery address. Thanks to this system, you can save time and costs associated with traditional document sending. In practice, this means that all official letters and decisions can be received and sent electronically, without the need to visit the post office or collect the advice that was sent to the mailbox while you were away from home.
