E-payment failure. Ministry of Justice: We are working on fixing the fault

The announcement stated that due to the failure, users may not have access to e-payments in the National Court Register, Land and Mortgage Registers, National Debt Register, National Criminal Register, Register of Pledges and fees related to court proceedings. “We are working on removal faults. We will inform you about the restoration of e-payments in this message,” we read. The Ministry did not explain the reason for the lack of access to e-payments.

Regardless of the failure, payments can still be made in the same way as before: directly at the court cash desk or in cashless form via traditional by transfer to the court's income account.

What are e-payments?

e-Płatności is used for online court payments. Its purpose is to facilitate and accelerate payments. The portal is aimed at four groups of recipients: bailiffs and legal representatives, institutions and companies, and individuals. Everyone can use e-Płatności without having to set up an account in the system.

Each of the listed recipients can use e-Payments without having to set up an account in the system. However, an account on this platform is necessary to use additional functionalities, such as automatic data completion, viewing transaction history, adding other account users (an option useful for companies and institutions).
