After 9 p.m., the doors of the polling stations were closed, but not all of them. There were places where crowds of voters waited for hours to vote. Voting at the District Electoral Commission No. 280 in Warsaw’s Wola district ended after midnight. A TVN24 reporter talked to the head of the commission. – It’s a great day. I would like to thank the voters for being patient enough to wait in such a long line. Thank you very much, compatriots, said Jolanta Ławrynowicz-Filipiak, moved.
Jolanta Ławrynowicz-Filipiak said in an interview with TVN24 reporter Maja Wójcikowska that she had previously been the chairwoman of the electoral commission, but she had never experienced “something like” what happened on Sunday. – It’s a great day.
