Michał Dworczyk, then head of the prime minister’s office, according to another e-mail published on the Internet, was to write a message to Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in March 2019 entitled “Kukiz”. It talks about the backstage of talks between the government and MPs from Kukiz’15. “Tyszka, emphasizing that they must prove themselves credible and that it was nothing personal, promised that he would be ‘credible’ by attacking the government ‘in corpore’, not personally – we’ll see,” the e-mail reads.

Correspondence is still published on the Internet, which is supposed to come from, among others, the private e-mail box of the minister in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the former head of the prime minister’s office Michał Dworczyk. The rulers, questioning the authenticity of the e-mails, talk about a “Russian provocation”, but so far they have not shown a single example of a false e-mail. There are, however, at least a few e-mails, the authenticity of which has been confirmed by the persons mentioned by name in the correspondence.

On Wednesday, July 5, an e-mail was published, which he was supposed to send to the head of government on March 11, 2019 Mateusz Morawiecki the then head of the prime minister’s office, Michał Dworczyk. It was titled “Kukiz”.

“Mateusz, the case with Kukiz looks like this: the bill is submitted, I have made an appointment today for the following dates: first reading on April 2-3; second and third on March 25. Rapporteur MP – Rzymkowski. Kukiza is satisfied. Tyszka, emphasizing that they must authenticate themselves and, that it was nothing personal, he promised that he would ‘create himself’ by attacking the government ‘in corpore’ (complete-ed.) and not personally – we’ll see” (original spelling-ed.) – Dworczyk was to write in the message. Stanisław Tyszka, currently an MP of the Confederation, was then the deputy marshal of the Sejm (Kukiz’15).

“Both Kukiz and PJK accepted Piotr Lussa, but there is a small problem – he himself is not very eager to run. He and his environment are a great opportunity for us (after the elections to the Sejm), so we have to push him. Therefore, if you allow it tomorrow instead of meeting of the Council of Ministers, I will go to Bialystok to close the topic (there is very little time, you need to compile a list and collect signatures. In Mazovia, candidates and circles are worse – but we do not lay down our arms “- we read in the published e-mail.

“I will also help Kukiz to publish in the form of an album – his father’s work of life – i.e. Madonna Kresowe (until now there was only a poor quality paper edition)” – the then head of the prime minister’s office was to write in the further part of the message.

Rapporteur MP – Rzymkowski. Happy Kukizy. Tyszka, emphasizing that they must prove themselves credible and that it was nothing personal, promised that he would be “credible” by attacking the government “in corpore”, not personally – we’ll see. Therefore, if you allow me, tomorrow instead of the meeting of the Council of Ministers, I will go to Bialystok to close the topic (there is very little time, you need to compile a list and collect signatures. In Mazovia, candidates and circles are worse – but we do not give up. I will also help Kukiz to publish in the form of an album – the work of his dad’s life – ie Madonna Kresowe (so far there was only a paper edition of poor quality). Michael

The information provided in the leaked message regarding the submitted draft law indicates that it is probably about the draft of the so-called anti-corruption law by Kukiz’15, which was then sent to the Sejm. It assumed, inter alia, tightening the law against people who have committed corruption crimes, including by prohibiting such people from holding public functions. Onet reminds that after the first reading, which actually took place at the beginning of April 2019, the bill got stuck in the parliamentary committee and was never adopted. However, a similar project was voted through only in the next term of the Sejm in 2021.

In 2021 Kukiz’15 concluded an agreement with Law and Justice on programming cooperation.

Reply of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister

We asked questions about the content of the correspondence disclosed on Wednesday to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. The Government Information Center did not directly answer the questions asked. In response, it sent a message in which we read that “For many years, Poland has been one of the main targets of extensive and hostile operations of a hybrid nature, carried out from the territory Russia“.
