Sławomir Staszak has been a member of the Energa management board since April 2024. He is the chairman of the supervisory board of Energa Operator and vice-chairman of the supervisory board of Energa Obrót, as well as vice-president of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Energy Committee.

Monday's announcement indicated that Staszak has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector and in managing, developing and implementing extensive corporate governance systems in commercial law companies and holding groups, as well as in the field of broadly understood corporate and holding law and capital market law. He also sat on the management boards and supervisory boards of many companies and foundations, including: on the supervisory board of the Port of Gdynia Management Board.

Sławomir Staszak is a law graduate of the University of Gdańsk and has been practicing as a legal advisor since 2014.

Energa from the Orlen Group is one of the four largest domestic energy companies and one of the three largest electricity suppliers in Poland. The company's core business is the production, distribution and trading of electricity, heat and gas.
