Zofia Paryła was dismissed from the position of president of the management board of Energa, which belongs to the Orlen Group. The decision on this matter was made on Monday by the Energa supervisory board. Vice-President Michał Perlik will be the acting president until a new president is appointed.

Energa's management board announced in the evening that on Monday the company's supervisory board adopted a resolution to dismiss him as of March 25 this year. from the company's management board for the 7th term, Zofia Paryła, who serves as the president of the management board of Energa SA.

On Monday, Janusz Szurski was also dismissed from the position of vice president for corporate affairs of Energa.

“At the same time, the company's supervisory board adopted a resolution to entrust Mr. Michał Perlik, vice-president of the management board of Energa SA for finance and climate, with performing the duties of president of the management board of Energa SA until a new president of the company's management board is appointed,” we read in the stock exchange report.

About company

Energa is one of the four largest domestic energy companies and one of the three largest electricity suppliers in Poland.

The core activities include generation, distribution, trading in electricity and heat, and trading in gas.
