Dworczyk’s interrogation, Jabłoński’s exclusion

On Tuesday The investigative commission for postal elections continued its interrogation of the former head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, Michał Dworczyk.

Dworczyk said that ordering postal elections in 2020 was not within the legal order at that time. – There were no regulations that would allow such a decision to be formulated. However, taking steps to prepare for these elections was perfectly acceptable. And that is why it was formulated this way in the decision signed by the Prime Minister – he said.

Also on Tuesday, the investigative committee decided to exclude him from its work PiS MP Paweł Jabłoński. This was related to the disclosed content of the e-mail, which shows that Jabłoński was supposed to consult on the repeal of the decision of the then Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki after the elections were not held. PiS MPs did not take part in the vote on the exclusion and left the room.

In addition, a decision was made to summon Jabłoński before the commission as a witness.
