The former president Aleksander Kwasniewski commented on Tuesday’s debate and the relations of the Polish government with the European Union in “Rozmowa Piasecki” on TVN24.

– Poland (…) turned out to be very lonely in this discussion – he said. Asked if he thought that the prime minister had persuaded some European politicians with his speech, he replied: – I don’t think he convinced the parties were in their positions.

According to Kwasniewski, “the way out of this conflict is possible only through dialogue”. – There was no positive offer in yesterday’s speech of the Polish prime minister – he added.

– Polish credibility is zero, making up for this state of affairs is not a matter of one decision (…), it is a long-term process – said the former president. He also stated that “this government lacks a policy on the European issue”.
