We know the full list of finalists of the 69th Eurovision Song Contest. In the second semi -final ten promoting to the finals were, among others, the teams of Malta, Luxembourg, Finland and Israel. Recognized as one of this year's favorites, a representative of Australia Go-Jo, said goodbye to the competition.

The Eurovision final 2025 is getting closer, and after the second semi -final concert we got to know the full list of national teams, which we will hear again during the Saturday final. For the third time in history, the host of Eurovision is Switzerlandwhere the first edition of the competition was also held – in Lugano in 1956.

The right to organize this year's Eurovision edition, Switzerland won the song “The Code”, performed by Nemo thanks to last year's victory. Thus, it was the third Swiss win in history.

All three concerts this year take place in St. Jakobshalle in Basel. The hosts of both semi-finals were: the German-Swiss comic Hazel Brugger and the Swiss singer and television presenter Sandra Studer, who took fifth place in 1991, representing the homeland with the song “Canzone per te”. On Saturday, Michelle Hunziker – a Swiss -Italian TV presenter and a former model will join Brugger and Studer.

According to the changes in the rules, in force since 2023, a ten semi -finalists who are promoted to the finals are selected in the vote of viewers. Earlier, promoting national teams were determined by the sum of viewers' votes and the votes of the jury of individual countries.

This year Poland is represented by the song “Gaja” performed by Justyna Steczkowska. The singer presented herself well during the first semi -final concert and finally advanced to the finals. The representations of Iceland, Estonia, Ukraine, Sweden, Portugal were promoted with Poland, NorwaySan Marino, Albania and the Netherlands.

The teams said goodbye to Eurovision: Slovenia, BelgiumAzerbaijan, Cyprus and Croatia.

During the Thursday concert, there were 16 national teams fighting for 10 final places and three representations of the countries of the “Great Five”: France, Germany and Great Britain, which are guaranteed to participate in the final.

The Thursday show was opened by the monologue of the Eurovision fan – who lived in Basel Philip, who has been following the competition for 50 years and who told why he loves this event.

On the other hand, “the right part” of the evening began with the performance of the Australian representative of Go-Jo with the song “Milkshake Man”. The French-Australian artist was mentioned as one of the leading favorites of this year's Eurovision. To the surprise, Australia did not advance to the final.

On Saturday, the remaining favorites, i.e. the representations of Austria, Malta, Finland and Israel, will perform.

By decision of viewers from the second semi -final, the representatives were promoted: Lithuania, Israel, Armenia, Denmark, Austria, Luxembourg, Finland, Malta and Greece.

Therefore, during the Saturday finale: Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, Great BritainItaly, Albania Estonia, the Netherlands, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Ukraine, Lithuania, Israel, Armenia, Denmark, Austria, Luxembourg, Finland, Latvia, Malta and Greece.
