Two military Hercules with Polish citizens evacuated from the Gaza Strip landed in Warsaw after 2:30 p.m. – This is not the end of our efforts. The goal is to evacuate all Polish citizens – informs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On Monday, after 2:30 p.m., both planes landing in Warsaw Egypt 18 Polish citizens evacuated from the Gaza Strip were brought.
The General Staff of the Polish Army had previously informed that the machines had left Egypt. “There are eighteen Polish citizens on board, evacuated from the Gaza Strip, transported by the Polish Army” – reported on X.
“This is not the end of our efforts. The goal is to evacuate all Polish citizens,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
The General Staff of the Polish Army previously informed about the details of organizing the return of Polish citizens to the country.
“Two Polish C-130 Hercules planes landed in Egypt. The #PKWEgipt task force, involved in the implementation of Operation NEON-E, includes soldiers of the air force, special forces and military medical personnel.

He commented on the exit of 18 Polish citizens from Gaza Strip. “There was no Gordian knot on site. People at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were still doing a good job,” said the head of the National Security Bureau.
As Siewiera said earlier, “the launch of the evacuation process is the result of cooperation and decisions that were made at the level of the president (Andrzej Duda – ed.) and the government, primarily the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.”
– For a long time, our institutions have been in contact with activities aimed at ensuring care for people staying in the Gaza Strip. President Andrzej Duda a few days ago, he also met the family of Alex Danzyg (one of the Polish citizens in the Gaza Strip – ed.), most likely detained by terrorists. We are involved in various formats in talks regarding the release of the hostages, he emphasized.
– Intensive diplomatic activities were conducted by Minister Zbigniew Rau and Deputy Minister Paweł Jabłoński.
