Nicola Zalewski played in the first three matches of AS Roma in Serie A this season. However, at the beginning of September he was removed from the team, because he refused a transfer to Galatasaray. The then Roma coach Daniele De Rossi explained that it was the club's decision. However, the Italian is no longer in Rome, and his successor was Ivan Jurić.

Nicola Zalewski will not play against the revelation of the new Serie A season
On Sunday afternoon, Jurić announced the line-up for the fifth round of Serie A against Udinese. Nicola Zalewski is nowhere to be found in the starting eleven, and the same is true for the reserve bench. Mats Hummels, Mario Hermoso and Leandro Paredes will be among those on the bench.
As a result, Nicola Zalewski will not play in the second match in a row for AS Roma. The Polish player's contract with the Roman club expires at the end of June next year.
