Ewa Wyszomirska is dead. A theater and television actress associated with Opole died at the age of 80.

“Ewa Wyszomirska has passed away – an outstanding actress, a puppeteer associated with the theater since childhood. From 1968, she was permanently associated with Opole – she was an actress of the Opole Puppet and Actor Theater, and in the years 1989-2019 an actress of the Jan Kochanowski Theater. During the XXVI Opole Confrontations Teatralne received an important distinction for the role of Janina Węgorzewska in Witkacy’s “Mother” – one of the most touching roles in her career. We express our deep condolences to her family, friends and loved ones. Her acting talent lit up the stage and left indelible marks in our hearts – wrote the employees of the Opole theater .
She made her debut in the theater and gained popularity thanks to her acting in TV series
Born in 1943, Ewa Wyszomirska made her debut on the theater stage in 1967. For many years she worked, among others, in the Puppet Theater at the Opole Land Theater in Opole, the Opole Puppet and Actor Theater. Smolki in Opole, the Baj Pomorski Puppet and Actor Theater in Toruń and the Teatr im. Kochanowski in Opole (1989-2019).
She was known to a wide audience primarily for her roles in popular TV series: “License to Raise”, “13th Precinct 2”, “Życie jak poker”, “First Love” and “Świat dla Kiepskich”.
