Currently, most of the systems of the Ministry of Justice are unavailable – it was announced in a message on the Ministry of Justice website. It was explained that the reason was a failure of the IT infrastructure.
“Due to the ongoing failure of the IT infrastructure of the Ministry of Justice, most systems will currently be unavailable – including e-KRK, e-KRS and Electronic Land and Mortgage Registers” – wrote Ministry of Justice.
The message also added: “We are working to fix technical problems and restore access.”
A reader reported problems with Electronic Land and Mortgage Registers Contact24.
Systems of the Ministry of Justice
The e-KRK system is the electronic platform of the National Criminal Register, while e-KRS is the portal of court registers, where you can submit an electronic application to the registry court for entry into the National Court Register (KRS).
Electronic Land and Mortgage Registers enable not only viewing their contents without leaving home, but also submitting applications for a copy, extract or certificate of closing the land and mortgage register, which may, however, involve the need to pay a court fee. It is also possible to download selected documents in PDF format.
