ZUS encourages you to install the mZUS application
“For people who have applied for the benefit in recent weeks, the payment dates should not change. It may be different for people who submit the application in June or July. ZUS will set the next payment dates for them. They may not always coincide with the current transfer dates” – added the ZUS spokesman. Applications for the benefit are submitted only electronically. This can be done in several ways – through the mZUS mobile application for smartphones and tablets, the ZUS Electronic Services Platform, the Emp@tia portal or your electronic banking. ZUS encourages parents and guardians to submit applications via the mZUS application. It can be used on mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems. It is available for download from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Application submission and payment deadline
If a parent or guardian submits an application from 1 February to 31 May of the year in which the benefit period begins, they will be entitled to the benefit from 1 June to 31 May of the following year. For example, if he submits an application from February 1 to May 31, 2023, he will receive the benefit from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024. If the application is submitted after May 31 of the year in which the benefit period begins, ZUS will grant the right to benefits from the month in which the parent or guardian submits the application until the end of the benefit period, but not earlier than from the day the child is born or the child is taken into care.
