BERLIN — Flights to and from Hamburg Airport had been suspended on Monday after authorities acquired a menace to a aircraft that arrived from Iran, officers stated.
The airport stated that there had been no takeoffs or landings on the airport in northern Germany since 12:40 p.m. (1040 GMT), German information company dpa reported.
Federal police stated they acquired an emailed menace on Monday morning of an assault on the Tehran-Hamburg flight and had been taking it critically, although they did not give particulars.
The aircraft landed in Hamburg at about 12:20 p.m. The 198 passengers and 16 crew members had been present process a safety test, and the plane and baggage on board had been being searched.
