On Sunday, September 15, the TVN24 camera recorded how water from the swollen Nysa Kłodzka River flooded the central part of Kłodzko.
How quickly the water level rose can be seen in the example of one of the cars parked on Grottgera Street. At around 9 o'clock the water did not even cover the entire wheels of a black Volkswagen, and after 2 p.m. the car was already “floating”. After the water subsided, it was several dozen meters away.
