It was emphasized that the culminations “will not overlap”.“In Malczyce, the wave will peak in the coming hours and last throughout the day of September 21, exceeding the alarm level by approximately 2 m,” it added. It was recalled that the maximum in 1997 was 892 cm in Malczyce.As reported, the wave will also reach Ścinawa (with the alarm level exceeded by approx. 2.5 m), in Głogów the culmination is to occur on 22.09. (with the alarm level exceeded by approx. 2.5 m). In the middle of the week the culmination of the wave will reach Połęcko.“Hydrological warnings against floods and level 3 flood warnings are in force for the following voivodeships: Lubuskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Dolnośląskie, Opolskie and Wielkopolskie,” IMWM informed.
