The former head of the CBA has been hidden her property declarations

Regarding the property declaration, which Kwiatkowska-Gurdak was to be submitted on February 27 (as soon as the CBA departed), the daily clarifies that the demonstrated income was PLN 124,897. “It is over PLN 62,000 per month. Probably in this amount there is also a severance pay and the sum of the equivalent paid for unused vacation, as well as the thirteenth salary. Kwiatkowska -Gurdak also showed having over PLN 52,000 savings” – we read.

“Rzeczpospolita” emphasized that the property declaration can be reserved in exceptional situations. “The formal premise, used only in justified cases, is to demonstrate that the disclosure of the information contained in the statements could cause a threat to the submitter or loved ones for him” – explained.

“In this case it wasn't like that,” they told his sources to the journal.

Dismissal and interrogation of the head of the CBA before the investigation commission

The deputy head of the commission Marcin Bosacki (KO) then assessed that Kwiatkowska-Gurdak could say more and interpreted her right too broadly so as not to inform the Commission about the knowledge he has. The chairwoman of the commission Magdalena Sroka (PSL-Trzecia Road) reminded that as a witness, the head of the CBA was released by Prime Minister Donald Tusk from the obligation to maintain the secrecy of classified information about a secret or top secret clause, which she obtained during the period of acting as the head of the CBA.
