The figure of French President Emmanuel Macron, elevated by Greenpeace activists from the Wax Museum, was tossed in front of the Russian embassy building.

Activists of Greenpeace, who entered the Musee Grevin wax figure Museum Paris, dressed like tourists, then dressed up as employees of the facility or workers and took the image of the president wrapped in a cover – the police established.
The wax figure was then tossed in front of the building of the Russian embassy with a list of products still imported with Russia Like uranium, artificial fertilizers, gas, and the inscription “Ukraine is burning, interests are ongoing”.
Activists steal the figures of leading politicians
Paris provides help to Ukraine, but has not broken business contacts with Russia. “For us, France runs a double game” – says the statement of the Greenpeace General Director at France Jean-Francois Julliard, handed over AFP.
“Le Monde” reminds that in the Grevin Museum in 1983 the figure of the then senior of Paris Jacques Chirac, a later president, was stolen. She was found a few days later in the Paris zoo.
The image of the Secretary of the French Communist Party Georges Marchais was brought by nationalists from the Museum in 1980. It was found in the botanical garden. A group of motorcyclists stolen the figure of President Valery Giscard d'Estaing.
