The 12th issue of “La Bougie du Sapeur” – the only newspaper in the world published once every four years, on February 29 in leap years – hit newsstands in France on Thursday. The first issue of the satirical magazine was published in 1980.

The newspaper “La Bougie du Sapeur”, created by a group of friends who “wanted to have a laugh”, was published with a circulation of 200,000. copies.
